Dataweavers approach to cloud hosting requires customers to maintain a Hosting Services Subscription, typically self-provided or if required, can be procured by Dataweavers. We help Customers to comply with application licensing gotchas and Customers must provide necessary access to Dataweavers to manage securely. Dataweavers may scale the environment and artificial load tests must be logged in advance.
Dataweavers have productized the configuration, automation and deployment of our Platform. The Platform Module provides customer access to the Dataweavers Platform, requiring compliance with usage guidelines. Support services handle incidents and defects via a help desk. Dataweavers may modify platform features and perform emergency changes to protect the platform. The customer must ensure all End Users follow these terms.
The Dataweavers Service Catalogue offers ad hoc request for services, third-party audit requests, and application related services such as DevOps training, feature assessments, code upgrades, and optimizations. Pricing ranges from $2800 per day to Price on Application (POA) for specialized services like partner enablement and critical event support.
